Kosher-Friendly Passover Package

This Passover meal is kosher-friendly, meaning it follows Passover dietary traditions but is not certified kosher. No chametz (leavened grains such as wheat, barley, rye, oats, or spelt in fermented form) are used, and all ingredients are Passover-appropriate. However, our kitchen is not a certified kosher facility, and the meal is not under rabbinical supervision. If you have specific dietary concerns, please contact us for ingredient details.

Package Includes:

1. Matzo Ball Soup

• 2 quarts of traditional chicken broth-based soup with 8 matzo balls.

2. Fresh Spring Salad & Matzo Crackers

• Spring Salad: Locally grown Muir Crisp lettuce from Atlantic Beach Urban Farms, blanched asparagus, snow peas, watermelon radish, and spiced pepitas, served with a lemon-thyme vinaigrette.
• One Box of Matzo Crackers: A classic unleavened bread substitute for Passover meals.

3. Choice of One Entrée (Full Package Price Based on Selection):

• Chili Garlic Salmon (Six 6 oz Fillets) – Glazed with chili garlic sauce. 
• All-Day Braised Brisket (48 oz) – Slow-cooked in a rich ale jus. 
• Rosemary Grilled Airline Chicken Breast (6 Total) – Marinated and grilled with fresh rosemary. 

4. Signature Side Dishes:

• Honey-Glazed Carrots & Green Beans Almondine (2 lbs) – Tossed with a light honey glaze and toasted almonds.
• Rosemary Roasted Red Potatoes (2 lbs) – Golden-brown and seasoned with garlic and fresh rosemary.

5. Seder Plate Components:

• Zeroa: Roasted lamb shank bone (symbolizing the Paschal sacrifice).
• Beitzah: Roasted egg (representing the festival offering and cycle of life).
• Maror & Hazeret: Bitter herbs (reminder of the hardship of slavery).
• Karpas: Parsley or celery, dipped in salt water (symbolizing tears and renewal).
• Haroset: A blend of apples, nuts, and wine (representing the mortar used in slavery).
