Gift Cards Return Policy
We are unable to issue returns on gift cards.

Catering Return Policy
We are unable to issue refunds for catering orders canceled within seven (7) days of the scheduled delivery date. The date can be rescheduled although fees may apply. Please contact office@cateringjacksonville.com to request a refund.
