Autumn Arugula Salad

A bright, autumnal mix of baby arugula, pomegranate arils, poached D’Anjou pears, Maytag blue cheese, and candied pecans, served with 16 oz of apple cider vinaigrette. A fresh, jewel-toned addition to the holiday table. Serves 8 to 10.
