While our kitchen is not certified kosher, all Passover menu items are carefully prepared without chametz (leavened grains such as wheat, barley, oats, rye, and spelt). We also avoid kitniyot (legumes, beans, rice, corn, and soy). Dairy and meat items are prepared separately and clearly labeled. All fresh produce is carefully washed and inspected.
