Sushi-grade tuna crusted with Japanese togarashi spice, seared rare, and served with wakame salad, sesame ginger aioli, and crispy wonton chips. Each platter includes 10–12 slices of tuna (about 1 oz each), making this a light, elegant appetizer that’s as striking as it is delicious.

Heating Instructions: Serve chilled or at room temperature. Do not reheat (intended to be served rare).
