Let us explain! Once you purchase your kit, our culinary team starts prepping your “virtual cooking meal kit.” Your kit will include all the ingredients needed to make the delicious meal and  sides featured in the class. Your class ingredients come chopped, packed and portioned delivered to your doorstep prior to the start of your class. 

All those kitchen tools can be overwhelming, but don’t worry! Our recipes are created to be adaptable and whipped up in most home kitchens. And, we’ll be there to help you through it. For example, our Paella class — all that was needed was a 4-6 quart pot, 1 Baking dish, Tongs and a large spoon … and a love for cooking and connecting!

On class day, you’ll receive an email including a link to join a Zoom meeting with us. The Zoom App is free, so download it ahead of time on your device. You can join the class from your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. We suggest you plan to have your device hands-free so you can cook and follow along with the class. (We can also Zoom meet with you early if you have any concerns and want to test out your placement.)

Don’t worry, our class sizes are small to ensure each guest is given personalized attention. Once you join in, we’ll take a few minutes to get acquainted with the platform, each other and go through the itinerary. Chef Jamey will be walking you through each step and he cooks and shows you the progress of each dish. He will also be sure to check in on each of you to keep you on track!
