Italian Style Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken Breast, Stuffed with Mushroom Duxelles & Sun-dried tomatoes, topped with lemon and red pepper cream sauce. Served with creamy goat cheese polenta and roasted Brussels with balsamic and cracked black pepper.
In this class, we are going to cook with some of our favorite Italian ingredients as we welcome the flavors of spring! This chicken is bursting with flavor and color and we can't wait to teach you how to create it. You will use the techniques learned in this class time and time again.
The meal kit, including all ingredients needed for the meal, will be delivered to your home the day before class.
