What to expect
When served sliced, it's meant to easily be made into a sandwich or enjoyed with just a plate and fork. All you have to do is let the platter sit out and the meat come to room temperature. If you are looking for an entree, we suggest purchasing it unsliced and finishing it off in your oven at home.
*Trying to figure out how much you need? We suggest 2-3 ounces when using it as an appetizers and 4-8 ounces when planning it as an entree. If you are pairing this with another protein, 4 ounces is plenty, but if standing on it's own, increase to 7-8 ounces per person.
